Our Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays and any other potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems outside our control.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email and another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All standard deliveries are free of charge. Unfortunately, we do not currently have any next-day or express delivery in place, but if this is something you require, please get in touch with wecare@microgreenpros.co.uk, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Any requests of this nature will be at your cost.

In-store pickup

We currently do not offer this option at this time.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping outside of the U.K*.

A selection of our products is available for purchase on Amazon in Germany, Italy and Spain. At this time, we do not ship to other European countries, but if you would like to be notified if this changes, please contact us at wecare@microgreenpros.co.uk.

*Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Ireland from our official website, but we do have an Amazon.co.uk store where you can purchase.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within two business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wecare@microgreenpros.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes at this time,

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We are confident that you’ll love our product and offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with your kit and we have been unable to resolve your issue, we will fully refund you. Please view our complete return policy page here. 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Unless you have contacted us expressing concern with your kit, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.
