How do I use the Kit?

First, you’ll get a set of microgreen growing trays with all the growing materials and seeds you need to develop a lush and nutritious tray of microgreens. Then, you can reuse it with our Big Wooden Planter (sold separately) and make all that visit green with envy with your stunning microgreen table centrepiece.

Our Easy Grow Microgreen Tray Kit includes a reusable microgreen reservoir tray and a drainage tray that allow you to water from the root and the microgreens to soak up moisture evenly to prevent moisture build-up from overwatering that sometimes can cause mould.

Unlike the Easy Starter Kits, you water from the bottom rather than the top:

1. You will use the drainage tray (the tray with holes) to plant the soil and seeds
2. Place the drainage tray inside the second tray without holes
3. When your soil feels dry, pour water, 1-2cm deep, into the second tray and put the drainage tray back inside
4. Let the soil soak up the water and when it feels moist, empty the water from the second tray
