🥗 Our MIXED SALAD MICROGREENS include Broccoli, Blue Curly Kale, Purple Vienna Kohlrabi, Rocket and Red Acre Cabbage seeds. A simple mix of different types of seeds with a great flavour, a nice mix of colours, and a great base for any microgreens salad, sandwiches, etc. These greens grow well together and have similar germination and harvest times. The mix does contain Rocket which gives it a mild kick.

💚 OUR EASY & CONVENIENT SOIL – Hydrate the coco soil fibre disc with water; we recommend two per crop or tray, (although you may have soil left over to use elsewhere), as when expanded, it yields a decent amount of soil. Use half of your soil to line the bottom of your tray, spread one complete packet of seeds evenly across the soil, and then use the remaining half to cover your seeds.
